Human Rights Education Center Remodel & Expansion

Indoor and outdoor visual and performing art exhibits and programs are planned.   For example, the Institute is partnering with Art on the Edge in providing a location for a summertime day camp.   An opportunity exists to integrate some Park and Recreation arts and crafts programs into the indoor-outdoor area.

The building will accommodate a gift shop with gifts and souvenirs for sale.   The building will also supply office space for Human Rights Education Institute staff.   Additional public restrooms are proposed for the lower level.
