The Democracy Enterprise  

The Human Rights Education Institute launched a new program to oversee the development of human rights related programs in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

The two tasks of The Democracy Enterprise will be to develop the Opportunity Project speaker series and the Dialogue & Democracy discussion forum.   The Opportunity Project speaker series will offer presentations by leading authorities on timely, non-partisan topics to expand local knowledge on social, economic, and political issues. The Dialogue and Democracy discussion forum will provide opportunities for open discussion on a broad range of human rights topics. It will be designed to generate community engagement and participation in human rights issues.
