Dr. Jerry R. Gee served as the North Idaho College Vice President for Instruction since April of 1992.   Prior to his appointment as vice president, Dr. Gee was a Dean of Instruction, the Division Chairman of Agriculture, and faculty in Dodge City, Kansas.    While on faculty for Dodge City Community College, Dr. Gee taught farm management, farm accounting, agronomy, and agricultural informatics.   He also served as the head rodeo coach.   Dr. Gee was also a Commissioned Officer of the United States Army, Kansas National Guard from 1973 to 1979.   

Dr. Gee earned his Bachelor of Science, Masters of Science, and Doctorate of Philosophy Degrees all from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. He is a current member of the National Council of Instructional Administrators and was formally a member of the National Adult and Continuing Education Association and the American Vocational Association. Dr. Gee serves as the Co-Chair for the North Idaho Symposium of Diversity in Education, and is a member of the Steering Committee Leadership in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
