Lucy Lepinski is currently the Director of Assets for the Spokane Housing Authority, Dba Northeast Washington State Housing Solutions.   Mrs. Lepinski previously served as a Housing Director for North Idaho Community Action Agency, a non-profit corporation.   She has 16 years of combined experience in development and management of affordable housing.   She has an Associate's degree in education from North Idaho College and various certifications including Occupancy Specialist, Manager of Maintenance and Nonprofit Housing Management Specialist.  

Prior to her work providing affordable housing, Mrs. Lepinski was a librarian for the Coeur d'Alene school district.   Mrs. Lepinski is involved in a variety of civic activities, including membership with the Spokane Homeless Coalition and formerly the North Idaho Homeless Coalition.   She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations.
